Declaración de la renta y Paypal

una duda que tengo sobre la declaracion de las ganacias. Si la casa de apuestas me transfiere la pasta a Paypal y yo lo dejo ahí como saldo Paypal, y no lo muevo, habría obligación de declararlo?
Según he leído se establece un límite de 50k euros para las cuentas paypal, pero no sé si se aplica en este caso -
