Retabet Blocked me!

Can someone please help me. I signed up for Retabet and got fully verified and got both licences to allow me to do the promotion of x2 %
So I deposited 200 euros, placed the bet and then the lay bet on Betfair, then yesterday they blocked both my accounts!
I have been onto their live chat and the security department blocked me and they are looking into it.
BUT I dont know where i stand with my 200e bet?
Am I going to loose this money (as I cant sign in at all)
Shall I cash out the bet on Betfair??

@Kazzy I think that they did it because the double account with the both licences. I think that you should be regisered with just one of them.
Btw, we cannot know what they will do with your bets, so we cannot tell you what to do with your laybet on Betfair.
There is the possibility that Retabet block your placed bet and it could not pay for it. So, if the quote of the placed bet is low, so the proability to win on Retabet is high, maybe could be better to do the cashout.

I think I will cash out on Betfair, small price to pay but
I am concerned about lossing my 200e stuck in Retabet,
Surely they cant keep my money!?

@Kazzy Retabet shouldn't steal your money. If these 200€ has been deposited (so real money, not bonus), they probably will refund you. But all that is not sure. You've to wait and see what happen.
