Hola, me paso por aqui por si alguien me puede ayudar. Me han bloqueado mi cuenta despues de varios dias intentando retirar. Me han llegado a pedir un video mio con mi dni y diciendo mi nombre, ademas de tener que lla,ar. Aun no me han solucionado nada. Ha alguien le ha ocurrido algo asi?

Si, es algo que puede ocurri cuando quieren hacer una verificación y tomar un poco de tiempo. Si ya lo has mandado todo, verás que en unos días te permitirán retirar.
