¿Algun consejo o tutorial sobre cómo hacer UNDERLAY y OVERLAY?

He leído sobre el tema pero no me queda claro. Busqué pero mucha información no hay en el foro.
En qué consiste? Cuándo se recomienda hacer uno u otro? Podrían entregar algún ejemplo? Leí a una usuaria que creo que decía que usaba el UNDERLAY para arriesgar menos del dinero del exchange en la apuesta calificatoria.
También he visto calculadoras online que tienen una barra deslizante con la cuál se puede manejar el riesgo. ¿Por qué la calculadoras de Ninjabet no cuentan con está herramienta? Es riesgoso? No es recomendable?
