vi) Presence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual, often used to exploit deposit bonuses repeatedly.
In such cases, the Website reserves the right to take appropriate actions to address bonus abuse, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

Es referente al bono de depósito del fin de semana. Cumplí con el rollover pero al momento de retirar el dinero me llegó ese mensaje y ya no tengo nada del dinero del bono

Aposté a un evento de la Kansallinen Liiga a cuota 1.54 y ahí me jodí porque tuve que apostar todo a un evento de mls a cuota 2 que también gané y al final acabé haciendo 14 apuestas mas con dinero no superior a $100 para cumplir el rollover. al final mas del doble del monto inicial terminé ganando y eso no lo pude cambiar al exchange y al retirar el dinero me notificaron en ese correo que me retiraban todas las ganancias.
